Ok, I know it's not exactly the best idea i've had so far, likely the worst but hey, why not? This weekend I'm taking my S.O. on her first long road trip. We are going to a phone booth that it litteraly in the middle of nowere. I know it sound a bit strange, but this place is great. Its about 60miles from Baker (California). People from all over the world call this phone at all hours of the day. The thing never stops ringing for more than 5 minutes at a time. But to get there theres 17 miles of desert to cover. There is a paved road about 10 miles from the phone but only path thats even possible to travel on isn't exactly a straght line there. Last time I was out there I got intervied by a magazine(but I don't remember which one what country it was in). I suppose I'm gona have to buy some saddle bags now. I have to find some way to carry the gas i'll need. I don't think I can make it to the phone booth and back to the closest gas station. I'll get the phone number and try to post it here before I go, in case anyone here gets bored enought to try to call. If anyone is interestd I'll try to post pictures of the journey somewhere.
